The Employers' Association of Light Industry (APIUS) represents the community of local producers of clothing, knitwear, leather goods, footwear and accessories and is dedicated to the competitive development of light industry, representing the needs of the private sector, government support and experience of similar professional organizations.

STOCKTEXTIL is a project that brings together light industry manufacturers to make it easier for them to find customers and partners. The platform will operate on the model of a marketplace, on which local producers can promote their products, and interested buyers can contact them to buy or reserve stocks of products.

This project comes to help light industry producers manage raw material and machinery stocks more efficiently and benefit from a simpler logistics process.

  • What is the connection between APIUS and STOCKTEXTIL?

    STOCKTEXTIL is a project developed under the auspices of APIUS, and is a platform for managing stocks of new and / or second-hand raw materials, machinery and accessories, which will increase the capacity of enterprises to implement digital innovations in the procurement process, thus facilitating access to raw materials.

    At the same time, the platform will help stimulate environmentally friendly entrepreneurial activity, offering the possibility to reuse raw materials and equipment in the same economic circuit.

    The introduction of local procurement technologies at local level will facilitate the supply of raw materials from local sources in crisis situations, especially in the event of the restriction of international logistics disrupted by the pandemic crisis.

    Authenticated users of the platform who are APIUS members will be provided with an extensive list of international providers.
